Audiovisuele productie met LED, pro-audio en videoregie voor farmaceutisch event in Gent

Voor een professioneel farmaceutisch merk-event in Gent verzorgde Sound&Co de volledige audiovisuele productie voor een bijeenkomst met 160 apothekers.

Het event, georganiseerd door EverPresent Events voor APIVITA en Uriage, combineerde kennisdeling, merkpresentaties en live sprekers in een technisch strak uitgewerkte setting.

High-resolution LED en professionele videoregie.

Voor maximale visuele impact bouwde Sound&Co een P2.6 indoor LED-wandopgebouwd uit modulaire 500x500 mm tegels. Deze werd aangestuurd via een Novastar VX600 LED processor voor stabiele scaling en kleurcontrole.

De beeldregie gebeurde via een Roland V-8HD videomixer, waardoor presentaties, merkcontent en live bronnen naadloos geschakeld konden worden. Extra retoursignalen liepen via Samsung Crystal 43” 4K displays en Decimator MD-HX signaalconverters voor betrouwbare SDI/HDMI conversie.

Premium spraakversterking met Allen & Heath, Sennheiser en DPA.

Voor dit inhoudelijk kennis-event was spraakverstaanbaarheid cruciaal. Daarom werd gewerkt met:

• Allen & Heath SQ5 digitale mengtafel

• Sennheiser EW-DX draadloze microfoonsystemen

• DPA 4166 directionele headsetmicrofoons

Deze combinatie garandeert stabiele RF-werking en natuurlijke stemweergave - ideaal voor medische en educatieve presentaties.

Het luidsprekersysteem bestond uit TW Audio M8 topsgecombineerd met TW Audio B30 dubbele 15” subwoofers, aangedreven door een Powersoft X4-Dante versterkers.

Theaterbelichting en atmosferische effecten.

De sprekers werden uitgelicht met Briteq BT-Theatre 200TW profielspots, gekozen om hun stille werking en nauwkeurige kleurtemperatuurregeling - belangrijk bij corporate en medische events.

Voor extra beleving werd een Briteq BT-H2FOG low fog systeemvoorzien voor gecontroleerde lage nevel bij showmomenten.

For a professional pharmaceutical brand event in Ghent, Sound&Co delivered the complete audiovisual production for a conference bringing together 160 pharmacists.

The event, organized by EverPresent Events for APIVITA and Uriage, combined knowledge sharing, brand presentations and live speakers in a technically refined and reliable setup.

High-resolution LED and professional video control

For maximum visual impact, Sound&Co installed a P2.6 indoor LED wall built from modular 500 x 500 mm tiles. The screen was driven by a Novastar VX600 LED processor to ensure stable scaling and accurate color control.

Video switching and control were handled through a Roland V-8HD video mixer, allowing seamless transitions between presentations, brand content and live sources. Confidence signals were distributed to Samsung Crystal 43” 4K displays using Decimator MD-HX converters for reliable SDI/HDMI conversion.

Premium speech reinforcement with Allen & Heath, Sennheiser and DPA

Because this was a high-content knowledge event, speech intelligibility was critical. The audio setup included:

• Allen & Heath SQ5 digital mixing console

• Sennheiser EW-DX wireless microphone systems

This combination ensures stable RF performance and natural voice reproduction — ideal for medical and educational presentations.

Pour cet événement à forte valeur de contenu, l’intelligibilité de la parole était essentielle. Le système audio comprenait :
