International Technical Production for Wella and EverPresent

In collaboration with Belgian event agency EverPresent, Sound&Co provided full technical production support for an international Wella event in Rome, Italy.

Over several days, our team supported corporate meetings, conference sessions and a live beach hairshow across multiple locations in and around the city. The event brought together more than 250 international attendees for breakout sessions, plenary conferences and evening entertainment productions.

From conference technology to show lighting and catwalk production, Sound&Co delivered a complete audiovisual solution on-site.

Technical Conference Production at Villa Pamphili

The main conference production took place at the prestigious Villa Pamphili Conference Center in Rome, where Sound&Co managed the technical operation of the plenary conference room “Salone dei Papi”.

The venue already featured an impressive integrated 8-meter LED wall, which was combined with additional Sound&Co video systems, show control and presentation support to create a seamless conference experience.

Alongside the plenary room, six breakout meeting rooms were supported simultaneously throughout the event for smaller group sessions and workshops.

Equipment & Technology

For this international production, Sound&Co transported professional audiovisual equipment from Belgium to Rome.

The audio setup was built around an Allen & Heath SQ5 digital mixing console combined with TW Audio M8 loudspeakers and B30 subwoofers powered by Powersoft X4-Dante amplifiers. Wireless systems included Shure QLXD and Sennheiser EW-DX Dante microphone systems with professional DPA headset microphones for presenters and speakers.

For video and presentation management, Sound&Co deployed a Barco E2, multiple presentation laptops, multiple 55” comfort screens and SDI signal distribution systems. An 8-channel digital intercom system ensured smooth communication between operators during the live sessions.

Lighting control was handled through a ChamSys MQ80 lighting console combined with Briteq BT-Theatre fixtures and JB Systems Intruder Wash luminaires to create both conference atmosphere lighting and high-impact show lighting for the evening productions.
